How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the country, while international orders can take 10-21 business days depending on customs processing.
Do you offer returns or exchanges on decks?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that used decks or assembled completes cannot be returned.
Are your fingerboards made from real wood?
Absolutely. All Radical Fingerboards pro-decks are handcrafted from 5-ply maple to ensure maximum pop, durability, and a realistic feel.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and modern digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do I need to assemble the fingerboard myself?
Most of our professional components are sold separately for customization. However, we do offer 'Complete' sets that come with all necessary tools and instructions for easy assembly.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
