At Radical Fingerboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive your unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
